We invite you to join us in an inquiry: What does shared leadership mean to each of us? How might acknowledging a leader in every chair change our conversations, our actions, our organizations? If we all hold shared responsibility for the well-being of the whole, how does this affect the outcomes of our meetings and shift the dynamics in the room? 

This month’s Community Cafe is a “Learning Cafe”, where we will be joined by participants from the World Cafe Hosting Fundamentals course. It will include reflections on the World Cafe method.
