How can World Cafe Design Principles help us host conversations across polarized divides?
In our January Community Cafe, we engaged in a conversation about topics for our upcoming Community Cafes in 2021. One topic that emerged was “How to host conversations across polarized divides?”.
This month, we’ll begin to dive into this large field – this time, with a particular focus on the World Cafe Design Principles. The design principles provide orientation in challenging situations and can be our compass for times when we are at risk to feel overwhelmed.
The monthly online Community Cafes offer us an opportunity to get to know one another, learn from our diversity, and weave the web of our international community.
