The preaching well is the well from which Dr Ella Pearson Mitchell drank deeply. From it she received her voice and encouraged so many women to bring their buckets to that well to find their voices. \nThe Ella Pearson Mitchell Preaching Conference\, sponsored by Women In Leadership International LLC\, The Ella and Henry Mitchell Fund for Theological Education\, and WomanPreach! Inc. offers you a deep well around which we will gather to engage in conversations that matter as we find and use our collective voices to speak to the complexities of the 21st century. Our question: What is the future of preaching in the 21st century? \n​In addressing the complexities of the 21st century\, one aspect that we feel is essential is a commitment & practice of radical inclusion. As such\, though the roots of this gathering grow out of the preaching of women of color\, it is incumbent upon us to widen our circle to explicitly include spiritual groups of all kinds – especially those of intersex & transgender communities.
