SUMMARY:Digital Sandbox
DESCRIPTION:The whole world has moved online\, but hosting through platforms like Zoom can still feel a bit intimidating. Even with a basic knowledge of the options\, we don’t want to use them for the first time in the events that we host. \nThe World Café Community Foundation now offers a digital sandbox: a safe space to play with the technical options of platforms like Zoom with peers\, especially the options that cannot easily be tested alone. \nIn the first session\, we will practice with breakout rooms. The topics for the following sessions will be in response to the requests from participants. Let us know what you want to play with! \nIn this space\, peers will be playing with the different technical options\, with help from each other. If you still want to learn the basics of online hosting\, we invite you to take one of the Evergreen trainings delivered by The World Cafe Community Foundation or our learning partner weDialogue that can be taken any time. ) \nWe are meeting on \nTuesday\nAugust 18\, 2020 \n10 am – 11.30 pm San Francisco | 1 – 2.30 pm New York |\n2 – 3.30 pm Rio de Janeiro | 7 – 8.30 pm Brussels\nONLINE \nREGISTRATION
