DESCRIPTION:JOIN World Cafe Learning Partner Amy Lenzo and Mary Alice Arthur in \nBEYOND FACILITATION 2025\nMONDAYS\, OCTOBER 27TH – NOV 11TH\nThere are so many things changing right at the moment\, that it can feel we are continually standing on the edge of the unknown. In many places the mood is fearful\, conflictual or depressed. Systems\, businesses and people are struggling. \nWe’ve been keeping an eye on some of our close colleagues who are pioneering how to work at the edges and at the intersection of CHAOS and CHAMOS — which is a Greek word for fundamental breakdown. We want to hear and harvest their stories to give us both courage and new perspectives about how to host in these challenging times. \nSharing and harvesting stories of working with challenge and pioneering at the edges is a great practice for times like these. \nWe will be using the Collective Story Harvest method — which Mary Alice helped create —  to work with these stories and to give you a powerful methodology for engaging and involving the people and systems you work with so they can survive and thrive. \nIt’s time to do things differently. Come and learn from practitioners working at the edge and see how our stories and applied story work can provide a place where we can take shelter from the storm and find understanding and strength with each other.
