Short Description of Project
Our community-based intervention, using a modification of the World Café Method, is intended to help multidisciplinary professionals serving pregnant and parenting teens to be better able to: better identify clinical and educational resources and support services for pregnant and parenting teens in our County; identify representatives of local agencies, organizations, and professional groups providing teen services to build collective impact to improve adolescent health; describe the concerns and challenges of pregnant and parenting teens; and build community wide awareness of the skills and milestones important for sustaining healthy teen families while highlighting the appropriate resources for teens who need assistance.
